Regional Sales Manager - North Eastern USA and Canada

Role Overview:

The regional sales manager is responsible for aggressively growing sales of CAI and Envea analyzer and ambient products, services and solutions in their region.


Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of CAI /Envea in your region and take ownership over your results.
  • Get CAI / Envea specified as the analyzer of choice with integrators and end user customers.
  • Select, develop and manage integration partners that will enable us to maximize sales within the region.
  • Win the time and energy of our integration partners.
  • Create a sales plan for the assigned territory by product, service, solutions and by vertical segment. Develop key initiatives and actions to grow orders and revenue. Monitor sales plan effectiveness. Make changes when necessary to ensure success.
  • Meet quarterly and yearly orders and gross margin targets; drive repeatable, double-digit growth across the portfolio.
  • Be a constant communicator both internally and externally with customers. Internal communication includes the inside sales team, application engineers and factories to ensure each team member is clear on their role in the sales cycle.
  • Prepare monthly booking forecast and gap analysis to clarify the plan needed to hit budget sales.
  • Know the CAI / Envea products, services and solutions and be able to articulate the CAI / Envea Difference to our partners and end users.
  • Proactively manage trade shows and events to maximize our time and investment.


Profile:

  • Authentic team player with the ability to connect at all levels in CAI / Envea, our partners and our end users (from field personnel to corner office).
  • Knowledge and understanding of analyzers, the analyzer industry and the associated vertical markets.
  • Passion for selling and winning.
  • Focus on end users, their wants and needs, their goals and objectives, how they buy, how they maintain their equipment, how they partner with suppliers.
  • Excellent verbal, persuasion, communication, negotiation and writing skills.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Embrace Selling from the Heart and Real-World Selling sales approach.



Experience:

Extensive experience in region sales management, channel management and direct sales



Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree


Location:

North Eastern USA and Canada


Travel:

Overnight travel is estimated to be 50 - 75 nights per year depending on territory. This includes travel within assigned territory, Envea factories, channel partner locations, customer locations, trade shows, sales meetings and industry conferences
