Pay: Offering competitive compensation starting at $19.50 per hour for full-time positions including a sign-on bonus of $500, this role provides an opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our senior residents.
Schedule: This full-time position offers a flexible schedule encompassing both day and evening shifts, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while ensuring consistent quality care delivery.

YOUR DAY AS A SENIOR LIVING MEDICATION TECHAs a Senior Living Medication Tech, your primary responsibility is to administer medications as prescribed by physicians under the direction of the Wellness Director. With precision and diligence, you ensure the accurate administration of medications, adhering strictly to prescribed dosages and schedules. Additionally, you provide assistance to residents with personal care needs, such as bathing, skincare, and dressing changes for chronic conditions. Every day you collaborate with residents, families, and colleagues to maintain comprehensive care plans and uphold the highest standards of resident well-being.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A SENIOR LIVING MEDICATION TECH- A current caregiver certification
- Completion of designated training programs prescribed by the Wellness Director or supervisor
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, and resident transfers
- A genuine passion for working with seniors and a commitment to upholding their dignity and privacy
