St. Joseph Country Club is hiring a dishwasher!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
- Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry cleaned dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areas. Rewashes soiled dishes before delivering.
- Change dishwater in dish machine ever hour.
- Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.
- Take out trash and garbage to dumpster.
- Clean and roll/unroll mats.
- Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning solutions.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- General restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
- Must notify Manger anytime dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.
- Preform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE- Must be able to read labels on chemicals.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES- Take direction and work in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, management staff and guests in a clear, professional and courteous manner which fosters a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
