Position Overview:
Our client is currently seeking an Executive Assistant (Contract) to cover a 6-month maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrative support professional.
Key Responsibilities:Heavy calendaring
- Managing schedules
- Arranging meetings and travel
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Handling correspondence
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting C-Suite or VP level support
- High level of confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills are essential for this role
- Expert knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Schedule: Hybrid Opportunity - 1 day a week remote
Compensation: $30 - $42 /per hour
