Warehouse Utility at Utz Quality Foods, Inc. in Nampa, Idaho, United States Job Description Utz Quality Foods is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to work out of our Nampa, Idaho Distribution Center located in the Boise, ID area. The Warehouse associate is responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse inventories and proper product rotation. Candidates should be organized and detail oriented to maintain accurate inventory, records and rotation of product at the Distribution Center, as well as have the ability for independent decision making on inventory needs, especially during promotional activity. Basic math skills and the ability to use a hand truck and lift cartons manually when pulling orders are required. Key Responsibilities Unloads trailers that arrive at the center and checks trailer loads for accuracy. Rotates warehouse inventory. Responsible to maintain an accurate daily inventory balance. Uses a hand-held computer to balance the daily inventory (warehouse inventory, daily Orders, extra orders, return to stock, trailer loads). Responsible to accept and check return to stock product and stale and damaged products. Places returned cardboard and stale and damaged product on trailers. Maintains cleanliness and organization of warehouse including product rotation. Responsible for quality and food safety tasks for their position. Requires an ability to communicate through speech, vision and hearing. Must be able and eligible to safely operate and maintain required equipment to fulfill warehousing responsibilities. Must be at least 19 years of age. Requires a valid driver's license. Must be able to operate a route sales delivery step van in a safe and competent manner. Requires proper lifting techniques with an ability to lift, carry, and transport products.
