JEWELRY PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Spinelli Kilcollin is a fine jewelry brand based in downtown Los Angeles. We work with over 100 global retailers and operate four locations in NYC, Los Angeles, and London.
We are hiring a Jewelry Production Coordinator to work with our Production Department and Production Manager. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, in our Downtown LA office.
The Production Coordinator will develop an understanding of fine jewelry manufacturing, material sourcing, and logistics of a successful fine jewelry brand and will learn many skills to grow in their jewelry career. They will participate in daily operations and gain first-hand exposure to the Downtown LA jewelry district. They will manage our largest production house and delegate tasks to our production assistants.
YOUR QUALITIES:

- 1-2 years of experience in jewelry manufacturing or fabricating inside a jewelry workshop or on a bench is preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel is preferred.

JOB DUTIES:
Quality Control
- Inspect jewelry from our manufacturers and develop a technical eye for craftsmanship.
- Stay attentive to details and style specifications.
- Process large volumes of orders.
Submitting Production Orders to Manufacturing Houses
- Place stock orders and submit jewelry design specifications to our production facilities.
- Draft manufacturing specs on Adobe Illustrator as needed.
- Communicate between sales teams and production houses to meet production lead times.
- Ensure order fulfillment by tracking and expediting the completion of orders.
- Manage and monitor production logs for our retail and wholesale departments to ensure their orders are completed efficiently and on time.
Repairs
- Process incoming repairs from our wholesale and retail departments and ensure timely delivery.
Production Tasks
- Delegate tasks as needed to the production assistants.
- Audit vendor invoices
- Pick up production orders from our manufacturers.

Hourly Rate is: $30-32 commensurate with experience. Three professional references are required.
