**Job Title:** Maintenance Painter
**Reports To:** Maintenance Supervisor
**Job Summary:** Zeeco is seeking an experienced maintenance hand that specializes in interior painting. Targeting a candidate that can run a roller and paint brush and work with latex and epoxy paint. This is a two-month temporary project
**Functional Job Duties:**
* Interior and exterior painting projects
* Replacing carpet tiles
* Spackling and smoothing surfaces for paint
* Assisting maintenance team as needed
* Ability to safely work around others with little direction
* Communicating with internal and external customers (including but not limited to engineers, Quality Control representatives, paint representatives, and other vendors/employees)
**Qualifications:**
* Experience with interior painting
**Mental Requirements:**
Must possess sufficient interpersonal skills to effectively interact with persons inside and outside the Company. Must be able to work under stress and handle multiple priorities. Must be able to work under stress and meet deadlines. Must be able to maintain and process job-related paperwork effectively. Must be able to handle multiple priorities.
**Physical Requirements:**
Must be able to go up and down stairs. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to walk long distances in possible harsh weather conditions to office, taking caution from the hazards that come with a manufacturing facility. Must be able to operate a Computer, telephone and other office equipment. Must not present a risk of injury to self or others while engaged in Company duties. Must be able to work overtime as required.
