Job Details

Robert Half is partnering with large media agency with a national presence in search of all levels of candidates with programmatic media experience, preferably from an agency background. There is a wide range of available roles at all levels, with pay ranges from $75k at the low end to $160k at the top range. We are specifically targeting candidates with an ecommerce background.

This opening is for candidates with junior to senior levels of experience, ranging from Manager to Director level positions. Applicants with no experience will not be considered.

Salary Ranges: $75k (Manager) - $160k (Director)

Responsibilities

  • Translate digital media complexities and tie them to campaign optimizations
  • Utilize creative and direct communication skills with the ability to engage audiences across in-depth technical concepts
  • Maintain excellence in account work across different verticals and client KPI s
  • Possess in depth knowledge of the online advertising industry including ad technology solutions; RTB, DSP s, SSP s, advertising/publisher ecosystems, data privacy
  • Acquire fundamental understanding of agency programmatic offerings
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Oversee the buying & implementation of digital campaigns, coordinating internal resource, setting best practice and working on planning frameworks
  • Ensures strategic consistency across all elements of plan development and implementation
  • Establishes timetables for development of digital plans and manages expectations on deliverables
  • Understand client performance objectives and develop successful segmentation and optimization strategies to exceed client expectations
  • Independently drive highly analytical and quantitatively driven techniques to continually exceed client performance expectations
  • Translate client goals and KPI s to platform activation strategies/tactics


Requirements

  • Self-service buying experience required
  • Experience in DV360 strongly preferred
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, advertising or communications
  • Knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing and media (minimum of 2+ years of digital industry experience in programmatic advertising)
  • Knowledge of the dynamics of media - how each media element performs alone, how they perform together, and how they are constantly changing
  • Ability to foster a strong, cohesive working team, provide proper, thorough instruction
  • Have polished presentation, communication and listening skills
  • Have strong program management and organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Passion for experimental design integrity and excellence including use of A/B control testing, statistical significance, deductive reasoning and logic, and ability to apply these skills in a field fraught with imperfect information and highly variable conditions
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and balance time across 5-10+ clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives on a daily basis
