**Job Description Summary**

The Recruiting Manager, Talent Acquisition - Retail Branch, Contact Center and Campus Internship will be a key partner to Consumer Banking in leading multi-state recruiting for a 500+ bank branch network and Contact Center recruiting. This role will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and will develop and implement recruitment and sourcing strategies to meet the hiring plans of the consumer business and identify and lead process improvement projects and best practices.

**Essential Job Functions**

* Provides proactive recruitment leadership and coaching including monitoring of KPIs; establishes and executes on recruiting strategies and processes.

* Establishes a true business partnership with HRBPs and senior leadership and provides guidance on all talent related issues.

* Manage the recruiting process to insure that all branch and contact center positions are staffed to the appropriate levels.

* Makes recommendations on best practices, develop and drive recruiting programs and pipelines to facilitate optimal level of hires within the market.

* Executes the recruitment strategy by identifying and sourcing the appropriate talent, managing and influencing the end to end recruiting process.

* Offers best practices and guidance regarding market trends, compensation, skills/competencies, recruitment strategies, recruiting vendors/tools.

* Champion initiatives and partner cross-functionally, including business and HR, to drive positive business results.

* Develop engaging recruiting and employer branding strategies by leveraging key partners within the organization.

Prefer for the position to sit in the San Fran/Bay area or Tempe, AZ but open to anywhere in the Banks footprint.

**Required Experience**

* Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a sales, customer service, multi-state, high volume environment; at least 3 of those years leading and managing a team.

* A strong people developer passionate about coaching and developing others.

* Self-motivated individual with strong follow-up skills and the ability meet established deadlines.

* Proven recruiting and sourcing experience and proficiency in social networks and Applicant Tracking Systems

* Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

* Demonstrates strong collaboration skills including the ability to set clear goals, involve others in decision making and building productive relationships.

* Superior organizational skills and a high attention to detail to manage multiple projects and high candidate volumes.

* Strong ability to think on your feet, change, or adapt to ambiguous situations.

* Self-motivated individual with strong follow-up skills and the ability meet established deadlines.

* Knowledge of HR practices and principles, and all applicable employment, labor, wage laws, and EEO regulations.

* Experience with recruitment vendor selection and management preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, equivalent degree, or equivalent related experience.
