Customer Service Manager


Job Details

The ideal Customer Service Manager will be responsible for leading a team of trained product experts who provide our customers with a delightful, frictionless experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and coaching to assure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals as well as career growth.
  • Establish performance benchmarks and hold team to those goals.
  • Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures.
  • Ability to utilize an ERP system to manage orders and customer communication.
  • Continuously review and optimize customer service processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop training programs to ensure that customer service representatives have the necessary skills and knowledge to support our customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment on customer needs and priorities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
