Workday HRIS Data Analyst

Job Details

Our client, a real estate technology company in Miami, FL, is in need of a Workday HRIS Data Governance Analyst for a full-time position. Working in a hybrid model, three days/week onsite, the Analyst will be cleaning up existing Workday data, establishing standards and best practices for internal teams, and creating auditing processes to ensure good data moving forward.

Required skills:

• 5+ years' experience working with Workday
• Must have extensive experience with data cleansing and manipulation
• Must have experience creating data auditing processes
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder manager
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence internal teams around data importance
