Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the senior living campus.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and service.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, with a keen focus on maximizing revenue and controlling costs.
- Lead and mentor a team of dedicated staff members, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and excellence.
- Collaborate with the board of directors, stakeholders, and community partners to advance the mission and values of the organization.
- Oversee capital improvement projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
- Cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment that honors the religious beliefs and traditions of residents and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the healthcare, senior living, or non-profit sector.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, financial forecasting, and revenue generation.
- Demonstrated success in overseeing capital improvement projects, preferably within a senior living environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and inspire trust.
