**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

P.E. Labellers/Axon are seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to maintain current and generate new sales with the goal of building long term customer relationships and increasing revenue. This position contributes to the success of the organization by proactively developing leads, establishing, maintaining excellent customers relations and selling labeler machines solution with services within a defined territory at a level which increases the profitability of that region. The region will cover Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arkansas, Louisiana. This position reports to the VP Sales for P.E. Labellers in the U.S. Responsibilities include the following:

* Act as primary relationship contact with PE/ Axon customers and partners with identified target markets and applications, charged with developing and managing profitable relationships.

* Collaborate with project managers, engineering, sales & marketing staffs and service support personnel, to ensure customers are aware of our product line solutions, and PE/Axon personnel clearly understand each customers expectations.

* Manage the relationship with existing accounts, partners and independent agents within the assigned territory.

* Identify and develop new customers and commercial opportunities to achieve territory revenue goals.

* Ensure that all data necessary to evaluate potential new projects is collected from customers.

* Work as a liaison between the customer and engineering to develop the best project solutions and the best price.

* Provide the customer with product line technical and commercial information necessary to obtain a purchase order, including but not limited to preparing proposals, making proposal presentations, and negotiating final purchase agreement price and terms.

* After successfully securing a machinery sale, ensure all pertinent and required information is complete to initiate order fulfillment and release, including supporting project management in the collection of customer specifications, product samples, etc.

* Participate in company trade shows.

* Prepare sales forecasts; maintain sales records and reports in accordance with company policy.

* Assist in development of product promotional materials, i.e. brochures, literature and sales tools, to effectively communicate our product advantages.

* Advise the VP - Sales & Marketing on all product line issues, and prepared to perform all assigned duties as may be required.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

* Bachelors degree, Technical or Business highly desired.

* Minimum 5+ years experience in capital equipment and/or packaging sales with a demonstrated track record of territory revenue growth.

* Strong technical sales and presentation skills.

* Bilingual skills preferred

* Ability to explain highly technical projects/equipment in a clear and concise manner.

* Ability to professionally present the company via written and oral communication.

* Must possess top-level business management, interpersonal and facilitation skills.

* Located in the territory with the ability to travel 40-60%.

* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with computer-based CRM (Computer Resource Management) systems.
