POSITION SUMMARY

This position will have the main responsibility for project managing the execution of global and regional market specific sales promotions and incentives programs at a fast-growing international network marketing company. This individual will report to the Global Snr. Director of Sales Operations. This role is a high value-add business partner to the organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by facilitating and effective promotion/incentives management with excellent inter-departmental execution and support. The role will be required to provide promotion management, adherence to lead times, assess program results, and provide recommendations to the leadership on issues or areas that need to be improved or streamlined. This position will require process control documentation, an attention to detail, and a drive for process improvement. Must be personable and have great communication skills, as this will require a lot cross departmental and international communication.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Promotion & Sales Incentive Program Management

  • Owns the process of project creation, approval, execution, and results presentation (profitability & margin working with the business intelligence team) of all global promotions & sales incentives (global and market specific).
  • Responsible for ensuring all aspects of executing promotions and sales incentives are flawless, smooth, align to the company vision and adherence to SOP and quality documentation.
  • Coordinates with Global Sales Data Analysts to determine success and failures of promotions and reports to/advises Sales Leadership of results.
  • Responsible for inter-department promotion communication & coordination.
  • Manages the inter-department promotions projects.
  • Manages the global incentive program initiations.
  • Assist in Translation Project Management (Handing off of translations between markets and departments and tracking the updates)
  • Adherence to SOP processes


Project Management

  • Report weekly on project statuses
  • Form Reports on process failures and success
  • Keep projects up to date and work with team to adhere to project plan timelines
  • Update SOP s to match processes
  • Assess processes for continuous improvement
  • Other responsibilities reflected above



Other

  • Completes all company training and follows established policies and procedures.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor Degree in related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years of experience in sales operations, in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Six Sigma Knowledge (Green belt or above preferred)
  • Smartsheet knowledge preferred
  • 2 years minimum experience working in either Smartsheet, Workfront, or other comparable project management software
  • Experience in a network marketing organization preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Attention to detail and complex information required.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to work with various personalities and cultures required.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
  • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
