JOB SUMMARY:
As an Outside Roofing Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our clientele. Your duties include promoting and selling our roofing products and services directly to homeowners in Austin, TX and surrounding areas. We're seeking candidates with strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Engage potential customers through door-to-door outreach.
- Strategically canvass areas to generate leads and cultivate a client pipeline.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our roofing offerings.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- Establish rapport with homeowners to address their roofing needs.
- Customize sales pitches to meet customer requirements and handle objections.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure contracts.
Relationship Building:
- Maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Offer ongoing support and communication to ensure satisfaction.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, adjusters, and the company to resolve issues.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Regularly report on sales activities, accomplishments, and challenges.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with roofing products and construction terminology is advantageous.
