ASSIGNMENT
This is a full-time on-site role as a Tenant Improvement Superintendent at S3BUILDERS in Los Angeles, CA. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction projects. This includes ensuring that construction activities are executed according to plans and specifications, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining project schedules, monitoring budgets, and ensuring the quality and safety of the work. At S3BUILDERS our Superintendents demonstrate a commitment to the 3 S's which are Safety, Schedule, and Standards. We are looking for self disciplined leaders that know when to take charge and when to take direction.

Qualifications
- MINIMUM 5-Years Experience in commercial construction and tenant improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, materials, and processes.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Procore Project Management software.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and critical path schedules.
- Experience in managing and coordinating subcontractors, consultants and jurisdictional agencies.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to both work collaboratively in and lead a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- OSHA-30 certification is preferred and will be a requirement after hire.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field is a plus.
- Maintain reliable means for transportation.
- US Military veterans will be given added consideration.
