Department Opening: LCA.
Position: Pharmacy Technician Part Time.
Location: 416 Mary Lindsay Polk Drive, Franklin, TN 37067.
Weekend Shift Schedule: Monday and Tuesday, 12pm - 8:30pm and Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to meet daily production standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize to maintain productivity.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening process.
Duties include:- Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA.
- Rotate through all fulfillment tasks for production requirement purposes.
- Rotate working in the LCA, Specials, and Shipping Departments to fill the prescription orders and package them to be shipped to our clients.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by Manager.
- Keep workstation area organized and ensure the area is free from safety hazards.
Language Skills:Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral English communication and to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors.
Physical Demands:The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, stir, walk and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- The employee is required to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift/move objects.
- Able to reach, carry, finger, grasp and feel objects related to duties.
