JOB GOAL: To support the use of technology as an instructional, learning and administrative tool.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelors Degree in CIS, Computer Programming, Cyber Security, or other applicable degree
2. Experience and knowledge in computer and network repair
3. Good interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality

REPORTS TO: District Technology Coordinator and District Administrators

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Performs tasks as assigned and prioritized by the District Technology Coordinator.
  2. Trouble shoots and resolves problems with software, hardware, and networking.
  3. Assists teachers with the use of technology hardware and software.
  4. Adjusts daily schedule in the best interest of students as communicated by the District Technology Coordinator.
  5. Demonstrates cooperation, courtesy and willingness to improve conditions and situations involving staff, parents and students.
  6. Attends work regularly, dresses appropriately, is conscious of responsibilities, maintains confidentiality, and conducts tasks with integrity
  7. Performs other duties as assigned by the District Technology Coordinator or a district administrator.
