WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Assist patients with care and activities of daily living as directed in the established Plan of Care
- Complete necessary documentation of care provided.
- Records intake, output, and vital signs as directed and communicates care as appropriate.
- Provide assistance with personal hygiene and elimination needs according to the established plan of care.
- Assist patients with ambulation and transfer using proper body mechanics.
- Communicate any change in condition or lack of patient progress.
- Schedule visits with the patient or caregiver.
QUALIFICTIONS - High School Diploma/GED - Required
- 1 year Home Healthcare - Preferred
- 1 year Long Term Care Setting - Preferred
- 1 year Hospice - Preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Upon Hire Preferred
- Home Health Aide (HHA) - Within 90 Days Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - Upon Hire Required
- Auto Insurance - Upon Hire Required
- Driver's License - Upon Hire Required
TRAVEL IS REQUIRED:Up to 75%
