Appointment Coordinator

We are looking for a positive individual with strong communication skills to join our team. As an appointment coordinator you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our valued customers. Scheduling appointments and directing customer concerns to the appropriate members of the team. Assist in administering service rental car fleet. Create and monitor rental agreements. Track usage and mileage to ensure quality control.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers and listen to their concerns about their vehicles

Schedule appointments

Check service rental car fleet

Open and monitor rental agreements

Verify insurance and coordinate with insurance companies

Ensure customer issues and complaints are directed to the proper person in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
