We are looking to fill 2 pm to 10 pm shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers Handle customer complaints as necessary Answer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are readyQualifications Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
