Stinker Store hours vary and are open up to 24 hours, so you can work days or nights.
Position Overview
A Customer Service Specialist Floater provides coverage for stores based on staffing needs due to vacation, vacant positions, training schedules, etc. Travel to and from different stores within a designated geographical area, understanding the schedule may change daily. Floater - Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service interaction as per company standards, generating sales, cash register operations (POS), merchandising, housekeeping, kitchen duties, and safety prevention, (as applicable) in adherence with all Company policies.
Essential Job Functions
Sales
- Provide exceptional customer service interaction ensuring customer feels important and valued by greeting customer upon entering the store; providing quick and friendly cashier service; and assisting customer purchase through product recommendations and promotion of in-store specials.
- Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash at POS registers.
Merchandising
- Ensure merchandise is stocked, fronted, and faced, priced accordingly, and there is no out-of-date merchandise on shelves.
Kitchen (as applicable)
- Prep food products, make food items as applicable per store location, and learn hot and cold requirements.
- Operate kitchen machinery such as mixers, fryers, fryer safety, and packaging machines.
- Receive and inspect products and accurately package and label products (Food dating)
- Follow HACCP programs including verification and documentation of product.
- Maintain inventory and proper rotation of products.
Cleaning and Housekeeping of Interior and Exterior
- Ensure the fast food area and equipment are well maintained and properly stocked.
- Ensure restrooms are cleaned and well maintained.
- Ensure the interior store is free from debris and all spills and stains are immediately cleaned and well-marked for safety precautions.
- Ensure coolers doors and shelves are cleaned and well maintained.
- Ensure store entrance, parking lot and fuel islands are swept and free of trash and other debris, signage is not faded or out of date, fuel dispensers and nozzles are cleaned and working properly, and windshield washer buckets are full with clean, non-damaged squeegees.
Safety
- Ensure all safety practices and guidelines are being adhered to according to the Safety Manual. Ensure all accidents or incidents are reported according to Company policy and procedures.
Requirements- Prior cashier experience preferred.
- Must be 19 years of age to sell alcohol.
Other Skills/Abilities- People oriented.
- Excellent communication skills; read and write in English.

- Able to successfully complete multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail
Physical Requirements- Must be able to stand during the entire work shift.
- Must be able to balance on a step stool or step ladder.
- Must be able to work from eye level to floor level.
- Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 32 degrees.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stores are open 24 hours.
Starting Pay:
$15.25+ DOE
