We are currently seeking a Press Publish Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Tempe, AZ. This vital role will interface directly with our clients and support staff, ensuring that the publishing process is smooth, efficient, and client-focused. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and cutting-edge publishing solutions.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle daily interactions with clients, providing support and resolving queries with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Process Coordination: Oversee the publication process from manuscript to print, ensuring all steps are completed on time and to the highest standard. We have publishing partners in place that you ll work with.
- Quality Control: Monitor and report on the quality of outputs, suggesting process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and streamline the publishing process.
- Client Education: Educate clients on the publication process, setting realistic expectations and providing clear timelines.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, including good phone etiquette, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
