A Growing chemical company in Chicago has an opening for a Controls and Automation engineer to join a close-knit plant environment and help establish sitewide automation and instrumentation reliability. The engineer will troubleshoot and resolve maintenance and reliability issues while teaching other staff the ins/outs of the issues. If you enjoy solving problems and performing hands-on engineering this position is for you. You can provide mentorship and guidance to other plant staff and to help direct your career toward your interests. The team supports WFH on occasion to support personal needs and the culture is on a first-name basis. Base salary, annual bonus, and automatic 401K contribution along with full benefits package are provided.
