Summary:

The People Development team at Meta activates the full potential of Meta through powerful growth opportunities. People Development is part of the broader People team and includes five subteams: Leadership Development, Executive Development, Growth Programs, Skills Development and Infrastructure. And this Program Manager role sits within the Leadership Development team and focuses on the implementation of learning experiences. The Leadership Development Implementation team aims to deliver frictionless learning experiences with specialization and speed, building leadership capabilities that enable our leaders and managers to solve the most critical business problems.

Required Skills:

Program Manager, Leadership Development Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), partners and vendors to build, deliver, optimize, and measure company-wide learning that supports our Leadership Development strategy

  2. Develop and manage dynamic project plans while applying a systems-thinking approach to successfully build learning solutions in multiple modalities for leaders and managers

  3. Identify opportunities to optimize and make programs consistent globally while balancing the business need and hybrid working model

  4. Understand and apply program strategies to decision-making and proposals, making recommendations on program changes as needed

  5. Develop and ensure consistent operating procedures are in place for programs and are understood across cross-functional partners

  6. Communicate and liaise effectively (communication and presentation skills) with key stakeholders, cross-functional partners, including developing communication plans, go-to-market plans, change management strategies and responding to business needs

  7. Develop and execute measurement strategies to assess efficacy of programs including standardized reporting to deliver insights to partners, advising on program improvements

  8. Be able to jump in and quickly manage evolving priorities, in addition to planning and executing special projects and events as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years experience developing and executing business and/or learning solutions

  2. 4+ years of program/project management experience

  3. Experience with leading multiple simultaneous cross-functional and company-wide projects with proven project management methodologies and tools

  4. Entrepreneurial multi-tasker who can be highly efficient with ambiguity and complexity

  5. Experience thinking strategically and acting operationally while managing ambiguity, risk and changing direction of projects and strategies

  6. Experience developing and delivering communications

  7. Excel experience in creating macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, workbook

  8. Fluent in Microsoft and Google Suite

  2. Project Management (PMP / PMI) certification

  3. Salesforce, Workday and LMS experience

  4. Event coordination experience

  5. Bachelor's Degree

Public Compensation:

$143,000/year to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
