Overall Objective:
Agency 720 is currently seeking an enthusiastic, detailed-oriented Project Manager to work in a hybrid work environment in the Detroit area. Primary responsibility is to implement Chevy Local Marketing Association (LMA) advertising programs (broadcast, print, and digital) for all nameplates to support the LMA s media commitments throughout the year.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Directly responsible for all project management tasks associated with an assigned region
- Coordinate and facilitate work start meetings with Field Account, Creative and Legal
- Coordination with Field Account representatives on incentive programs and LMA project status.
- Liaison between Field Account, Creative, Legal and Product Insight to complete project requests
- Be up-to-date regarding product information (features, accolades, current incentives).
- Review incentives submitted via Agency's online incentive tool
- Update daily production status report
- Create/adjust yearly estimates for assigned region
- Miscellaneous projects, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing or Business-related field OR relevant, equivalent experience
- 1 year of Agency experience preferred
- Experience with Workfront a plus
- Ability to lead and manage the production of advertising programs
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Taking initiative as standard operating procedure
- Understanding of professional conduct and etiquette
- Team player
