Kowabunga LLC is a manufacturer and supplier of material handling products for the Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Flavor & Fragrance industries.


Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic, detail oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team out of our Cranford, NJ office. We are looking for someone with at least 15 years of experience in office management who understands that working in a small company requires flexibility and a willingness to take on varied tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, a strong work ethic and a "getting things done" attitude. Responsibilities will include supervising staff, purchasing, customer service and inventory control.


Qualifications

1. Office Management experience, 15 years.

2. Experience with QuickBooks Purchasing, Sales and Inventory modules. Bookkeeping experience is a plus.

3. Excellent verbal and written skills.

4. Microsoft Office proficiency: Word, Excel and Outlook.

5. Detail oriented, multi-tasker and adaptable.

6. Ability to anticipate business needs, prioritize, organize and follow up.
