The Technical Architect role encompasses guiding the complete lifecycle of implementation, from initial scoping to the final deployment, within a dynamic environment involving clients and partners. This role entails crafting and implementing end-to-end solutions for enterprise applications, specifically focusing on tailored solutions for the Financial Services industry within the Salesforce ecosystem. As a Technical Architect, you'll become a specialist in Salesforce Industry Financial Services Cloud applications, collaborating extensively with our sales and delivery teams to achieve client success.

This position requires a continuous and thorough understanding of the cloud-computing landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and lead both functional and technical workshops, showcasing leadership in the design, delivery, testing, and deployment phases.
- Play an active role as a lead developer, as necessary.
- Demonstrate expertise in designing User Journeys, reviewing User Stories, Data Modeling, utilizing Apex Design Patterns, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and applying modern UI techniques.
- Act as a trusted consultant to clients, engaging with their Enterprise Architects and key stakeholders to define the architectural vision and establish a programmatic architectural roadmap.
- Manage client expectations and negotiate solutions to complex challenges involving customers and third-party stakeholders.
- Guide customers, partners, and project teams on effectively leveraging digital transformation through the Salesforce platform and Salesforce Industries.
- Earn trust from client leadership by promoting and implementing Salesforce and Salesforce Industries best practices.
- Develop advanced business processes using the Salesforce Industries' native technology, along with the Force.com platform's tools and integration capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to devise technological solutions that address client requirements.
- Proactively identify and manage solution risk areas, ensuring issues are resolved through to completion.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in creating technology solutions.
- Minimum of 3 years in client-facing roles on projects, with growing responsibilities in systems development and business consulting.
- Deep knowledge in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and Vlocity OmniStudio.
- Expertise in at least one of the following domains: Communications and Media, Healthcare & Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- Solid experience in Banking (retail, commercial, investment, mortgage lending and servicing), Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management.
- Essential skills include Integration Architecture, Platform Security, Identity and Access Management, Sharing and Visibility, and Data Architecture and Management.
- Proficiency in Architectural Design Patterns and Apex Design Patterns is required.
- Experience with Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, etc.).
- 3+ Salesforce Certifications mandatory.
