Role: Field Application Scientist, North America


Territory: North America, mainly California and New England (remote base in CA)


For our east and west coast FAS connections Mason Harding is searching for a newly created Field Application Scientist for a novel player in the label-free Cell Imaging sector!


This national opportunity is suited to any well established FAS located across the west coast (ideally either San Francisco or San Diego) from the Flow Cytometry, High Content Imaging, Microscopy or Cell Analysis sector, looking to join a rapidly expanding US team in a high impact role.


You will add value to nationwide researchers across Immuno-Oncology/adoptive cell therapies, Single Cell analysis, Neuroscience and many more innovative fields in the biotech/biopharma and academic settings, supporting critical pre and post-sales activities in partnership with the technical sales team.


Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:


  • 3-5+ years proven FAS experience supporting High Content/Live cell/Fluorescent Imaging, Microscopy, Flow Cytometry or Cell Analysis instrumentation; strong preference for High Content/Live cell Imaging exposure.
  • PhD educated in related life science discipline; Immunology or cellular biology would be great!
  • Established network supporting Biopharma/Biotech, Academia and Clinical research institutes across the east and west coast region.
  • Must be based on the west coast; ideally in either San Francisco or San Diego and comfortable with >50% travel across North America as required.
