**Call Center Assistant Manager - FT**
**Department:** Member Service Center **Location:** Salt Lake City, UT
**Hours:** 9:00 am 6:00 pm, Monday Friday w/some Saturdays
**Pay:** $20.50/hr. More possible with experience.
**The experience you need to succeed:**
* One to three years similar or related experience.
* Experience is banking is preferred.
* A High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good working knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
**What youll do:**
* Assist with daily call center activity to ensure processing of all member calls.
* Respond to and resolve escalated member service issues as needed.
* Motivate team member to achieve sales and service goals through coaching and training.
* Responsible for updating member account number information on Bill Pay program.
* Contribute ideas to improve the department or processes.
* Provide constructive insight during team member evaluations.
* Assist in interviewing and hiring new team members.
* Provide clear, concise communication of processes, policies, procedures, promotions, products and services.
* Support sales efforts of Credit Union promotions.
