Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Support to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service and Sales support to our Members. This includes:

  • Contacting our Members
  • Providing Supplemental Insurance Products
  • Responding to Members inquiries,
  • Resolving Member issues,
  • Providing Member satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
  • Strong customer experience and satisfaction skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
