Responsibilities:
- Lead regional project development and management for new construction, remodel, or renovation projects.
- Oversee industrial construction projects, including Civil and Structural phases.
- Manage Architectural/Engineering and General Contracting firms during project design and construction.
- Provide regional engineering analysis and technical support to Facilities Operations teams in the U.S. & Canada.
- Establish and maintain regional standards for compliance with engineering practices, codes, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in civil engineering (BSCE) or related discipline preferred.
- 5+ years of professional construction project management experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for modifications and some design work.
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
