The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

  • Set project timeline
  • Tracking funds and contract amounts remaining for each task order. Notify COR prior to additional funds needed so that the next option/mod can be processed.
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual task order reports
  • Receipts & invoice processing
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Ensuring updates for all tickets are acquired on a regular basis and the CORS are updated on ticket status.
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them


Qualifications


  • Must have commercial Property management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
