Human Resources Assistant

What You ll Do
- Support the administration of talent acquisition strategies by participating in recruitment events, assisting with interview, applicant tracking and onboarding processes.
- Support talent development strategies and processes.
- Serve as a culture champion collaboratively working with colleagues to plan and execute employee engagement programs such as community impact, diversity initiatives, wellness, and social events.
- Manage employee information records and benefit administration responsibilities.
What You Need For Success
- High level of integrity, discretion and empathy
- Passion for building and fostering relationships and collaboration
- Excellent detail, organization and communication skills
- Growth mind-set
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem solve utilizing creativity and logic.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- BA/BS in related field
- HR certification a plus

This is a full-time salaried position to be based in our suburban Cincinnati office (Blue Ash) office.
