The Assistant Manager, Global Online Marketing will help to develop all new product launch campaigns across global brand sites from concepting the activation to onsite production/site development. The role is also responsible for ensuring the maintenance and integrity of product, collection data, evergreen hero campaign and product assets to successfully launch collections and support global sales goals. This role will report to Director, MAC Global Online Marketing.

Responsibilities:

Marketing / Merchandising Strategy

Own Global online calendar of new product launches while attending campaign (ie. Creative Concept Briefing, 360 meetings) related meetings to understand product launches, concepts and marketing hierarchy for each program. In this role, you will learn and lead the 360 process and gain 1st hand experience of a how a new product is introduced, launched, marketed and rolled out globally and will be mentored by the Directors of Marketing and Merchandising each step of the way throughout this journey and how to ensure online POV are infused into each campaign.

Work closely with team to ensure all necessary assets are requested into Global Creative Requests. Attending frequent meetings on these programs, answering daily questions on any checklist / program information coming from the 360 teams.

Understand site, mobile & email asset requirements and ensure they are requested through the Associate, Global Online Merchandising and produced in a timely manner

Lead calls with regional online teams and support them in developing locally relevant programs as well as briefing and gathering feedback regarding Global collection launches

Responsible for SEO keyword briefing for global launches with appropriate internal cross-functional partners

Work with creative and ops on any questions / feedback on issues regarding Global online requests and own all aspects of alt-image shot list with ops/creative support

Create post-mortem analysis of campaigns for cross-functional sharing and gathering of best practices for future campaigns

NPL Production Management

Help manage overall schedule for projects, features, and functionalities that are developed on the MAC platform and ensure that new releases are built, QAd scheduled and launches executed with minimal or no impact to business as usual. Project manage outside production agencys projects to ensure they meet internal deadlines

Fully understand site features and functionalities. In this role, you will also become an expert in Drupal CMSs features and capabilities. Youll be able to inform creative and operations of CMSs capabilities and limitations and problem solve with support of Director of Marketing and outside agencies on technical solutions to bring creative designs to life

Manage set up for production projects in CMS and .net and leverage understanding of CMS and .net to assist with production needs.

Assist with the development of roll out kits and white papers for new features

Create scope of work documents, estimates and timeline plans for creative brief projects / special projects

PRODUCT/DATABASE/SITE SUPPORT

Responsible for ongoing maintenance and update of the product database, including addition of new products (gather product details/images/copy) and continually monitoring/changing outdated information (e.g. discounted products, price, etc.) for optimal site experience.

Ownership of the new product worksheet for global brand sites. Ensure that changes announced in marketing bulletins are captured

Requesting and gathering additional product information (benefits, usage, claims, product pairings), from product marketing , product development and Artist Training & developing

Work with product marketing and creative services to secure and gather international variant products/comps for ecommerce photo shoots.

Ensuring that product information for collections are entered into the product catalogue at least 3 months before first global launch

ASSET MANAGEMENT

Creation of evergreen creative requests; ensure all requirements are captured from a launch and global perspective by channel

Communication to creative on collective feedback on delivered assets; follow up until delivery fulfills online requirements

Liaising with external production agency on global brand site and retailer site assets needs; conduct weekly calls on upcoming collections and asset needs

Distribute products assets to International and external partners on an as needed basis

**Qualifications**

Must have a strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, and a proven track record of 4+ years with related online experience.

Needs to be a creative thinker and problem solver, who thrives in fast paced environment, prioritizes and oversees multiple projects at once, and has attention to detail and work well with cross functional teams.

Requires strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; strong organizational skills; pro-active problem solving abilities.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Photoshop / Acrobat Professional a plus).

BA/BS required.

Comfortable using Google Analytics or other analytics tools

Knowledge of Content Square analytics platform and basic HTML/CSS a plus
