Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dealer Marketing and Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our offline store network through effective dealer marketing strategies and event coordination. Your primary focus will be to partner with dealers to drive and manage events, create promotional materials, and ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealer Marketing Support: Ensure comprehensive marketing support for our offline store network.
  • Event Coordination: Partner with dealers to plan, manage, and coordinate events, overseeing all aspects including project management, resource coordination, digital promotional material creation, logistics, and budget oversight.
  • Partnerships: Identify and coordinate event partnerships with relevant third parties; plan, execute, and manage budgets accordingly.
  • KPI Achievement: Ensure achievement of KPIs with ongoing optimization of strategy and planning.
  • Dealer Communications: Manage the creation and distribution of monthly/biweekly dealer newsletters, ensuring timely and valuable updates.
  • Marketing Material Creation: Develop dealer marketing materials including retail materials, in-store displays, and digital promotional materials.
  • Product Launch Coordination: Oversee product launch timelines and provide marketing support for the offline store network.
  • Initiative Identification: Identify further initiatives and opportunities to support our dealer network on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in event management, marketing, retail marketing, or related roles, preferably in the ebike or micromobility industry.
  • Proficiency in event planning and project management with demonstrated coordination expertise.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with dealers and internal parties.
  • Experience in creating impactful marketing materials across various touch points, both online and offline.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Solutions-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
