Business Operations Manager
Fulltime opportunity

Payrate: $43.00 per hour

We have partnered with one of the world's largest apparel companies and a global leader in jeans apparel. With 500 plus stores worldwide, and products available in more than 100 countries. The company is searching for a Business Operations Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Business Operations & GTM support
- Maintain the the company's Global go-to-market (GTM) seasonal calendars.
- Track and report on the progress of GTM activities throughout the seasonal development timeframe
- Lead planning and coordination for key GTM milestone meetings & events
- Lead creation, alignment, and communication of detailed procedures/timelines to ensure cross-functional synchronization and achieve on-time completion of critical activities
- Develop project calendars and adhere to deadlines, sometimes juggling multiple priorities.
- Accountable for reporting on project status, leading meetings with cross-functional partners, and creating supporting documentation, where necessary.
Commercial Tools
- Own and optimize the process for commercial sample ordering and tracking, with a focus on rationalizing physical tools.
- Maintain commercial sample budget and work with the Finance team on seasonal tracking.
- Oversee asset delivery to digital showroom platform.
- Populate and maintain line plans for the digital platform; work with third-party partner to load and troubleshoot
Digital Tools
- Main contact for digital tools, including Miro, AirTable, SharePoint
- Oversee the implementation of AirTable as the primary GTM calendar resource.
- Support the cross functional team in mapping, designing, and implementing digital tools and supporting processes.
- Act as administrator for the brands central SharePoint site and digital storage hierarchy
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Four (4) years of project management experience within an in-house team and/or agency. Knowledge of the apparel or wholesale goods is preferred.
- Ability to analyze and present data using appropriate methodology, tools, and tracking mechanisms.
- Technologically savvy - Picks up new technologies quickly with a desire to further develop skills.
- Advanced proficiency with the following programs:
- MS Excel - v-look-up, pivot tables, and data analysis a must.
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Outlook
- Whiteboarding tools Miro
- Digital PM software AirTable
