SECOND SHIFT (Bi-Lingual Preferred)
The Team Leader is responsible for assisting all Team Members to successfully complete requirements for all production classifications
Keeps work area clean, neat, orderly, and possess good housekeeping techniques.
With the approval of the Area Manager/ Team Leader and Q.C. Manager, the employee is authorized to cease production, if parts do not meet quality standards.
Involved in process improvement teams working with parts as required
Assists Area Manager in ensuring that team members understand all work specific instructions instruction sheets
Adheres to all safety regulations and reports any safety concerns to the Area Manager/Team Leader
Ensures/ assists Team Members in utilization of the correct paperwork and completion accuracy including tags, uptime reports, set-up, check lists, Production Logs/ Flip Charts & production reports.
Checks to ensure last piece samples are complete by Team Members
Other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma and/ or GED preferred Previous Team Leader experience preferred
