Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and manage email correspondence to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Efficiently process incoming work orders through client preferred portals and via email
  • Utilize scheduling system to manage appointments
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers for future reference and record retention
  • Utilize exceptional customer service skills while working with customers during potential complaints; providing support
  • Evaluate and escalate any client concerns to leadership with suggested appropriate solutions


Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
