This includes answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling patient concerns efficiently and courteously. The representative serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience and effective communication with the health center. This role requires the ability to manage stress and maintain composure in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure setting. This role will require the ability to handle difficult situations and calm distressed patients to ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere.
