Who Are We Looking For

We are looking for a Google Ad Specialist to run Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns and monitor paid search budgets. In addition, for this role, you should be well-versed in principles of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) including Search Engine Optimization (SEO.) You should also be analytical and good at numbers. This position will report to the PPC and SEO Manager.

Job Description

We are seeking an Google Advertising Specialist that focuses on the company's various pay-per-click advertising channels. The Google Ad specialist will use their expertise and experience to design, build, and execute on digital advertising campaigns that meet organizational goals and objectives. Using a cohesive mix of creative and analytical strategies, Google ad specialists are responsible for targeting specific audiences and earning the best possible return on investment from various paid marketing platforms. This position will report to the PPC and SEO Manager.

Our ideal candidate is someone that is driven and passionate about digital internet marketing and digital advertising. The candidate MUST have specific expertise in managing and creating PPC ad campaigns (Search Engine Marketing, Paid Search, and Paid Social) for online retail eCommerce stores. This position would focus heavily on Google Ads (PPC), Facebook/Instagram Ads (PPC), and Amazon PPC Ad campaigns. Additionally, there will be some minimal focus on Pinterest Ad campaigns, Etsy Ad campaigns and/ or Walmart Ad campaigns! Although PPC experience is required for the position; PPC strategy build outs, PPC tactical hacks, and PPC software, along with module training will be provided on site. We would provide training to this individual on our company's products, shipping services offered, and software training so the candidate is effective in communicating with our customers about aspects of our brand and products. A PPC marketing specialist is a digital marketer that specializes in the art of paid marketing. This position is a full time "ON-SITE/ ON-PREMISE" position located in our Loma Linda business offices.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
  • Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
  • Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Facebook/ IG/ Amazon, Bing)
  • Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
  • Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better Return-On-Investment (ROI)
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
  • Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
  • Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
  • Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
  • Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
  • Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and campaigns that drive an increase of traffic

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Two to three years of experience in successfully developing and executing PPC campaigns
  • Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
  • Familiarity with multiple platforms, such as AdWords, Facebook, or Yahoo
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends, and others
  • Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical thinking with strong math skills
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
