**WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE**

* Collaborate with other Carnegie Learning departments and school district leadership to prepare successful implementations in pilot districts

* Prepare and deliver implementation training for piloting teachers

* Maintain progress and ongoing support for piloting teachers in the forms of communication, follow-up training, question and answer documents, and office hours.

* Provide pilot feedback to internal stakeholders

* Present focused sales presentations of Carnegie Learning products

* Demonstrated8 a deep understanding of Carnegie Learning products and solutions, and their placement in the market

* Stay informed of current industry trends; actively identify opportunities for learning; learn and apply new concepts to improve performance; share information with others.

* Share best practices for content area instruction with colleagues, teachers, and leaders through classroom activities, newsletter contribution, blogs, workshops, and/or webinars

* Remain knowledgeable of competition in the content area(s), alter messaging based on competitors strengths and weaknesses

* Contribute to a variety of Carnegie Learning projects as needed

**WHAT SHOULD BE IN YOUR BACKPACK**

* Bachelors degree in education content area. Masters degree or higher in leadership/related highly preferred

* 5+ years of experience teaching middle or high school required in the content area. Administrative experience a plus

* 3+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, or managing teachers and/or professional development

* Sales experience a plus, but not necessary

* Basic understanding of school and district infrastructure including technology environments and management systems; keeps up with current trends

* A quick learner that can perform a wide variety of tasks and can change focus quickly as demands change; manages transitions effectively from task to task; adapts to varying customer needs

* Expertise with Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe & other design software, Asana, Google Classroom

* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
