Luther Burnsville Hyundai is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Counterperson. As a Parts Counterperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and selling parts to our customers. This is a Full-Time position with a flexible schedule and weekly pay, located in our brand new facility in Burnsville, Minnesota. You will also have the opportunity to work in a brand new, state-of-the-art facility with a supportive and welcoming team.Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers in person and via phone- Assist customers in finding the correct parts for their vehicles- Process orders and track inventory- Sell parts and accessories to walk-in, phone, and online customers- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends- Collaborate with service department to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairsRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is a plus- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the auto industry- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office- Knowledge of parts and automotive systems preferred- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
