Organization Overview:

Our client is a premier insurance organization for independent insurance agents and agency owners. With more than 15 carrier partnerships and an offering of dozens of products, we currently service most states in the US. Their office in Atlanta, GA is currently looking to add to their Sales team.

Position Overview:

They are looking for dynamic individuals who are ready to make a real impact to step into their open role of Remote Sales Agent! This is a rewarding opportunity to remotely join their Atlanta, GA location at a pivotal moment of growth, having a significant impact in their organization and the members they serve.

Commission-Based Income:

This position is entirely commission-based, and your potential earnings are unlimited.

Benefits:

  • Hands-on training provided
  • 80% commission rate to start
  • Direct deposit 48-72 hours after application approvals
  • Lead-purchase matching program eligibility after 3 approved applications
  • License fees reimbursed, for those that are unlicensed, after 3 approved applications

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell insurance policies, with a focus on the benefit of mortgage protection
  • Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • Expand business reach through networking techniques
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations
  • Track and identify areas of improvement
  • Meet designated sales as by customizing marketing strategies to sell insurance products to businesses or individuals
  • Conducting market research to determine a target audience s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing events
  • Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn t and what can be improved.
  • Reviewing the progress and success of an event, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new events as necessary

  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Self-driven and independent, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

License/Certification:

Life Insurance License in your state of residence is a plus but is not required.
