**Requirements:** 4+ years' experience in a high quality, retail food experience 2+ years' experience in a management or supervisory position - restaurant or retail Strong business acumen, with an deep understanding of leading in a retail environment Computer literacy to operate our retail POS system, Word, and Excel Excellent communication, multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to pass all Security background checks required by Airport Must acquire Washington State Food Handlers Permit upon hire Has appropriate state/county alcohol service certification

**Responsibilities:** Demonstrate a passion and commitment for exceptional service by measuring service standards daily and leading our team to be the best! Ensure that our product quality is outstanding and that our recipes are followed. Able to execute the administrative functions supporting the day-to-day operations, such as: ordering, receiving, inventory, labor management, food safety, and cleanliness. Assist with hiring, training, coaching and scheduling for both the Caf and Bar Team. Ensure company training programs are utilized by Team Members and Supervisors. Develop a thorough understanding of systems used for cost control.
