Our client in Oxford, NC is growing and looking to hire MULTIPLE Production Supervisors to join their team!

This is an onsite/full-time/direct hire position.
Salary range based on experience: $60k-$70k with bonus opportunity.
Position Summary:
Our client is a manufacturer of custom built modular homes! Successful candidates will be responsible for the balance of safety, quality, and production of the homes. The ability to effectively manage daily objectives at a high level is a must as team members depend on the department managers to lead the way!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Employee Management
- Ensuring departmental goals are hit and timelines are met
- Ensure safe work space
Requirements:
- Leadership experience within a manufacturing or construction setting
- Technical skills, able to use hand tools, power tools and read blueprints
- Experience performing quality inspections
