**Description**
C & B is a progressive family-owned company that has grown over 30 years to include John Deere Ag, material handling and power sports locations across eight states. C & B has an opening for a full-time Retail Finance Manager. This individual will work out of our field support office in Sioux Falls, SD and will have responsibility for implementing and measuring key metrics pertaining to finance including Ag, Turf, CCE, Golf, and Material Handling. This individual will lead the weekly, monthly, and annual strategies to contribute to company revenue, margin, and market share goals. This individual will serve as the liaison between C & B and John Deere Financial along with all other finance companies.
**Responsibilities:**
* Create and implement effective finance training for the C & B sales team
* Monitor and manage all finance reserve accounts
* Create and update the "Monthly Finance Review" report for C & B
* Measure, communicate, and correct gaps with essential finance metrics
* Collaborate with marketing department on monthly finance promotions
* Work with the New & Used Product Managers to grow sales with finance
* Communicate and collaborate with region and store sales teams to maximize finance
* Collaborate with the sales leadership team on all finance processes and key metrics
* Work with the sales support team on delivering finance related information to the sales teams in a timely and effective manner to maximize our financing business.
**Qualifications:**
* 5+ years finance related work or business preferred
* Strong sales background preferred
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance preferred
* Strong communication skills
* Effective computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
* Excellent presentation skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently or in a team environment
* Ability to travel to multiple dealership locations or customers
