As a Corporate Junior Accounting Support Specialist, you are detail-oriented and reliable. You have strong organizational skills which come into play when staying on top of figures, paperwork, and data. You will be part of a dynamic, growing, and energized team - and your role is key to the success of ECS. While your job duties may fluctuate day to day, here are some areas we expect to see you proficient in:
* Preparing accounting reports and assisting with general accounting duties
* Recording, reconciling, and balancing transactions in accounting systems/software
* Maintaining and updating accounts receivable and/or payable documentation
* Processing accounts receivable payments and creating and distributing payment receipts
* Maintaining historical records by scanning and filing documents
* Completing and updating W-9 forms and credit applications
**What We're Looking For**
* High school diploma or GED; BA/BS in accounting or related field preferred
* 3 - 4 years of Accounting Clerk or related experience required
