A leading healthcare practice in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, is seeking an Administrative/Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a professional environment, being accountable for their work, and delivering high-quality services.


This is a full-time position working out of our Reston office. The position offers competitive pay, full benefits, 401k plan with a Company match, and paid time off.


Responsibilities

  • Manage specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence
  • Credential providers at local hospitals
  • Handle legal correspondence
  • Serve as Administrative Assistant to CEO, President, and executive team
  • Handle and coordinate calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Keep inventory, order office supplies, liaise with vendors
  • Ensure well-organized files and records
  • Provide support for special projects as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years experience in a professional environment, healthcare experience desired but not required
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ideal candidate will be formal, conscientious, precise
  • Able to work effectively against deadlines with a preference for detailed, specialized work
  • Able to work in the office five days a week during normal business hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace
