Position
Sizigi is partnering with a leading public technology company to help them hire a Sr FP&A Analyst, Payment Cost Management. You will be responsible for providing data-backed forecasts, plans, and performance insights for fees related to processing payments. This is a hybrid role, working a couple days a week in their Santa Clara office.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify industry best practices and opportunities for reducing payment processing fees across all product lines.
- Build and maintain a forecasting model to accurately forecast payment processing fees.
- Use Tableau or equivalent business intelligence tools to build and maintain dashboards to give key stakeholders access to all the information they need to develop various financial planning models.
- Perform monthly invoice reviews to identify the largest areas of opportunities within payment processing.
- Gather relevant information using SQL or equivalent query language, identify patterns/trends, and explain them by developing a hypothesis testable through A/B or multivariate split testing.
- Build financial models to quantify the impact of certain payment initiatives (e.g., new payment methods) or payment parameters (e.g., payment method type mix, traffic mix) on the company s financial statements.
Desired Experience And Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent
- 5+ years of progressive financial planning & analysis experience in a high-growth tech environment.
- Advanced modeling skills in Excel, SQL, or equivalent query languages, and Tableau or similar business intelligence or data visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of how key business drivers, e.g., payment success rate (retries), and chargebacks, affect a company s financial performance.
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
